the best turkey i have ever had was deep fried in peanut oil. it is easy to do and dont take to long, if you have a deep fryer heat the oil to 375 degrees lower your bird in and cook for 2-3 min per pound take care not to over fill your cooker with oil as it will rise alot when you put your bird in,a good way to do it is to put your bird in then fill with oil take bird out and heat oil. you can rub your bird with seasons if you like or inject with marinade you can get this at any good sporting good store enjoy. tomcat
