Take 3 cups of diced, cooked turkey, one peeled chopped apple, 1 diced sweet onion, 1/4 cup of butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger, 1 can of chicken broth, 1 cup of milk. Put the butter in a heavy pan and cook the onion and apple until limp. Sprinke the flour into the pan and mix, then add the curry powder some salt, and the ginger into the mix. Stir in the broth and milk, heat slowly and stir constantly until mixed. Add the turkey and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
