This is going to sound weird to some but it will be the juiciest Turkey and one of the best tasting ever! The next time you smoke a a turkey on your smoker rub it down with blkpepper real good with a lil garlic pwoder if you like which I love. Then wash your hands and smear the whole bird with mayonaise put the mayonaise covered Turkey in a big pan and let it slowly smoke till done. It will fall off the bone almost and you can use the dripppings in the pan for basting it when checking on it every half hour or so after the first hour. Real good eaten their! I like smoking my game at 300 to 350 nothing any hotter. I sometimes like to cook at 250 but that takes up all day to do it right and I like to eat sooner than later if you know what I mean
