What part of VA are you going to be hunting in, I did a lot of hunting in the National Forest around Roanoke during the years I lived there.

Can't help you out there, I was in the mountains and you will be hunting lowlands I was never in that area. If you know how to hunt turkeys anywhere, just do the same in VA, it doesn't matter what species they are. Good luck.

Ya, Just don’t get exited and call to much once you get them to gobble take it slow And try to just cluck and purr . and if he is coming let him and call just to let him know were you are . And the best of luck to ya
